Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy

• Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
• If the customer wishes to exchange a product for reasons other than a store error, a SAR 30 shipping fee will apply.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging, and must not show any signs of damage or alteration.

Return Policy

• Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
• Products purchased during seasonal offers or promotions are not eligible for return. They may only be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
• If the product was purchased without any discount, the customer is entitled to a full refund after meeting the return conditions.
• If two or more products were purchased under a promotion or discount, the refund will be calculated based on the original prices, and the remaining amount will be refunded after the applied discount has been removed, in accordance with the store's policy.
